As for the Thousand Sons proper, they are waiting for Arhiman to deliver on what he finds in the BL. If he succeeds, they will probably covertly return to the Imperium with a new name. Magnus will probably use his powers to change his body to appear like a normal Astartes and he will function as their Chapter Master.
