				<description><![CDATA[ I wouldn't call it an extra attack per say.  It's more reminiscent of impact hits in fantasy.  Since it's auto hitting at initiative 10.  Saying it's an extra attack makes it sound like you have to roll to hit.  Just to clear up.]]></description>
