Like this you'll be able to stick it to your oponent by puting your 3 dreads in a building with a 3+ cover save. That gives you 12 S8 Ap4 shots TL!
with the list change you also get 8 Psicannon which are heavy 4 S7 RENDING shots or Assault 2 S7 rending shots. Your army just became dangerous in shooting and in melee.

That sums up to total of 1236 points, that mean i still have 264 points to spend. Myself I would use it to something that is more capable of killing in close combats (lots of purifiers with halbards etc) however i am not sure what grey knight could fit in so few points.
