My question is, what size magnets should I use if I wish to magnetize his arms & weapons? Below are some pictures illustrating just how tiny this 'wrist area' is (the red bit kinda sandwiches the green bit that's connected to each weapon arm).



Here's another arm, this one's a soul burner. This way you can see how the arm looks separated from the Decimator.



I measured the little 'disc' bits that hold the arms. They're about 4mm in width. I heard there are really tiny magnets that might fit in these if I carefully hand drill a small wedge for them in each disc. My question to the wiser magnet-heads in these forums is do you think it would be safe to hand drill into them? I don't want to ruin my little (I guess big!) guy. Right now his current arms are super glued on but I can pop em off I think when I get some magnets.

While I'm at it, I was really considering getting this guy a buddy. Particularly one of ForgeWorld's lovely Iron Warrior Dreadnoughts. Since they're considerably chunkier I'm guessing magnet size wouldn't be as big a deal, but if there's anyone who's magnetized many dreadnought arms, please share with me your preferred magnet / size.

Hand drillong would be your best bet. Resin is actually pretty soft. You can hit the DIY store and match the size of the bit to your magnets as well.
