Hmm... sounds like you need some image editing software to resize your image (it probably needs to be about 100x100 pixels). Not sure what you have on your computer, but the Gimp is free to download (just type Gimp into your search engine of choice).

You should be able to specify the size of the image to shrink it to fit.
