Would have been better off just opening it in a larger store up the street from the mall in the business area where rent is cheap and the chinese food is good :/

Exactly, Adam. It's south of Essex, which is only marginally better than Dundalk, and then you hit Nottingham, White Marsh, Perry Hall.....but most people I know would rather not go to an event or place in Dundalk if there is an alternative elsewhere.
