Also they are more shooty than the Assault guys which is what you would need to be with a Sniper themed army.

The Terminators will still be rock solid should they get into hand to hand and could take down just about anything while the Assault Marines could struggle against certain enemies.

The only other thought was drop Camo Cloaks and one Sniper form one unit and you could add Sergeant Telion to one of the other squads.
