I've decided to build a Retribution of Scyrah army. I believe they'll provide a great contrast to my warbeast / melee-oriented Legion of Everblight army.

I placed a small order last week, so I currently own:

Rahn
1 Phoenix
1 Chimera
1 unit of Battle Mages
1 Arcanist

Here are the lists I'd like to try:

Retribution - 15
Rahn
Phoenix
1 unit of Halberdiers + UA
1 unit of Battle Mages

and:

Retribution - 25
Rahn
Phoenix
1 unit of Halberdiers + UA
2 units of Battle Mages
2 Magisters
1 Arcanist

Thoughts?

Also, what other units should I be considering, especially as I move towards 35? While I realize I'll have amazing board control, I want to be sure I have enough offensive power.

Circle can be immune to fire and can spell you right back. They also have an easy time being immune to knockdown so you can't slow them down.

While both lists will have challenges I'd say overall they're not bad. The 25 point could use another heavy hitting 'jack. One beat stick isn't usually enough. A hydra will work well.
