				<description><![CDATA[ Hello Everybody, One of my friends has been saying that Typhus ignores perils of the warp when hit by a psi shock weapon, I just what to know if its true or he is getting it mixed up.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Two possible answers to this question.  First is that with the parenthetical in the statement, it will only ever apply to psychic tests made for for those two powers.  Since he does not take tests he does not take perils.<br /> <br /> Second is that the parenthetical stands on its own for a rule, and that he is immune to all perils of the warp.<br /> <br /> To decide on the answer we have to apply English comprehension to the rules, a parenthetical can be removed without changing the meaning or intent of the sentence.  Thus Typhus is only immune to psychic test Perils, he is not immune to all Perils of the Warp.  Ask your friend if removing the statement in the parenthesis will change the statement the way he is reading it.  Because a statement in parentheses does not change the meaning of the rule, it will only modify how it interacts.]]></description>
