A few small things, with your squads+priests you have put alot of points into characters that will get owned by anything above a MEQ cc character via challenges, as such those units are now large point liabilities. I would suggest either making your sgts melta-bomb or priests naked.

I would kit the second Dread and Tactical squad with Droppods as well with the points saved from the naked sgts or priests. A walking dread is often a dead dread. Also 3 droppods allow you to have greater control who lands when.

I am assuming mephy will follow the vindicators up if faced with a open field?

Alternatively you can swap the tactical squad for a scout squad with a locator beacon. Infiltrate + scoutmove + go to ground = precision landing.
