GK army project - WIP

Hi, everyone!
Been a long time since I didn't focus on paiting what is to become a full army for myself. Decided I finally should!
I'm currently dedicated to my GK army and been paiting a bit every night. Started it last monday and have been working slowly.
So Wednesday the "waiting side" of my painting table looked like this:

Did some work on ol'man Draigo, 10 man strike squad with its Rhino, 5 termies, and 2 Psyfle Dreads, specially their arms...

This Dread was my scheme tester and was painted earlier. Worked on the autocannons last week as getting anything from the usual sources was way to expansive to get here, so did the arms myself...even though I'm definitely more on the painting side of the hobby tahn in the moddeling side...I don't get much enjoyment or fullfilment of modelling...but any way this is how it shaping up:

I've decided to go for desert bases and weathering is going to be focused on this too.

Can't wait for your comments and critics!

Best,

Corga

I wouldn't worry about the lack of replies too much, just how it goes here sometimes. But, if you keep it up like that I'm sure they'll all flood in. I like the blades the the glow the most. Those Rhinos are also nice.

Woah thats some sweet OSL on the hammer and gun. Its quite bright but I don't think its over the top.
I like the small weathering details on the armour as well.

I'm really impressed by your OSL - it's on my list of techniques to attempt but I'm not sure I can equal your efforts. The eyes and the psycannon? are just spot on. Thank you for sharing!
