				<title>Help please on Making Renegade Blood Angel's stats for heroes?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I'm looking to make a table-top(friendly) blood angels renegade army, that is not over powered. But not horrible, i don't like any of the Independent Characters in the Current <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> Codex, except for Astoroth. I'd like some help making stat lines for at least 3 Different <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span>'s. 				<description><![CDATA[ So would 125 points work for Lex& Nicus and make them each <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span>, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> units seperate?<br /> and 6+ for Lex's challenge rule.<br /> And lastly Nicus is supposed to be the best marksman in the Imperium(fluffed) so i'm just wondering, how switching that would be done, so it is possible to be seen in the table-top. would losing part altogether work?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ In depth then:<br /> <br /> Mortis Mal:<br /> Tilochus(power sword roll D3+ attacks) - what does this mean?  Add +d3 attacks?<br /> Outside of that, he's got 60 points of captain/wolf lord gear, so 160 points.  <br /> But then he has 7WS, 4W, 5A+d3?  Those are all rather significant.  <br /> His wonky last attack thing is actually pretty trivial so it's not much a factor in  his cost.<br /> All in all, I'd go with 220 points on this guy.  He's faster, more offensive, tougher than most Space Marine chapter masters, so he should also be more expensive.  I do applaud the lack of Eternal Warrior though.<br /> <br /> Lex<br /> Based on the other dudes with similar stat lines, this guy's about 70 base with 70 points in equipment, so 140.<br /> If you want him to be a challenge master, just give him the same rules as a Company Champion in regards to challenges: must challenge, must accept, re-rolls hits and wounds.  Throw another 10 points on for that: 150.<br /> <br /> Nicus<br /> That statline -1BS and +1A is worth 60.<br /> 40 points of gear, plus whatever we end up valuing sternguard ammo at, which entirely depends on how snipery you want him to be.<br /> There's all kinds of rules you can go with for snipering: precision shots, cover save shenanigans, etc.  Look at the snipers (Torias Tellion, Vindicare, rangers/pathfinders, etc) and figure out which rules you like.  Can't figure out costs till then.<br /> <br /> Also, do you mean Jetpack or Jump pack?  There's a big difference.  And where are these 5+ invulnerable saves coming from?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Mortis Mal; Yes sorry i didn't mention it's +d3 attacks, Mortis Mal is supposed to be a somewhere mixture of Kharn and Ragnar, but looking at kharn he has 5 attacks only because mark of khorne, so i should mark Mortis Mal, to 4 attacks +d3 attacks, and 4 wounds is a bit much now that i may look back. Then he should never have a "swing first" option.  Your gear said "Relic Blade/Hammer",  I thought that meant a relic blade in the shape of a hammer, not a relic blade and a thunder hammer. If he gets to pick targets and ignore all cover, it's worth more than if he got Precision Shots on a 5+ (instead of only 6) and nothing about cover, for example.]]></description>
