				<title>1000 point tournament Vanilla space marine list *Opinions wanted*</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I have a tourney at my local Gaming store mid-septemeber and I want to get a decent list going.<br /> 1000 points<br /> no allies or special characters<br /> most likely objectives for the rounds<br /> will be single elimination for people<br /> so I decided a list that everything will mostly be able to hold its own.<br /> <br /> <br /> <b><font color='red'>Librarian</font></b><br />    Epistolary<br /> Gate of Infinity<br /> Force Dome<br /> <b><font color='red'>Tactical Squad</font></b><br />    5 Extra Models<br />    Plasma Gun<br />    Missle Launcher<br />    Sargent Chainsword/Boltpistol<br />    Rhino<br /> <b><font color='red'>Tactical Squad</font></b><br />    5 Extra Models<br />    Plasma Gun<br />    Missle Launcher<br />    Sargent Chainsword/Boltpistol<br /> <b><font color='red'>Scout Squad</font></b><br />    Combat Blades/Boltpistols X3<br />    Missle Launcher<br />    Camo Cloaks X5<br />    Sargent Powerfist/Boltpistol<br /> <b><font color='red'>Devastator Squad</font></b><br />    HeavyBolter X3<br />    Missle Launcher<br /> <b><font color='red'>Thunderbolt Fighter</font></b><br /> <br /> Total:1000<br /> <br /> What I will do is infilltrate my scouts close to their objective and take out or weaken a squad or two.<br /> My Tactical squad in the rhino will move up and bunker down at the objective,<br /> My other Tactical Squad without the Rhino will hold the back objective and might give supporting fire to midfield<br /> My devastator squad will move around the board with the Librarian taking out infantry and vehicles<br /> My Librarian will be attached with my devastor Squad and teleport them around the board similar to the sterngaurd with combi melta method.<br /> Finally, my Thunderbolt fighter will move on either taking out any vital vehicles or flyers but also to destract my opponents fire from the rest of my units.<br /> <br /> I might replace the tactical squad without a rhino with another Thunderbolt Fighter,<br /> If I Do I would infiltrate my scouts to the central objective then teleport my devestators close but not on the cetral objective to give support<br /> then my thunderbolt Fighters will take out flyers vehicles and attempt infantry in that order.<br /> then my tactical squad will be a unti that moves up then back to my home objective at the end of the turn<br /> <br /> Opinions would be appreciated.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Why <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>CCW</span>'s and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(260);'>BP</span>'s for the scouts? <br /> I would put Snipers on them I have never had them work out in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> with a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> especaly.<br /> Can you take a thunderbolt? I have not seen anything about that in codex...<br /> also if you constantly move your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Devs</span> they will only Snap fire. Not as good at Sternguard]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I also have some concerns about the mobility of the army. With only one Rhino, it is going to attract all the firepower and be taken out before even being put to good use. The thunderbolt, well I think that can't be used? Special Tournament rules?<br /> <br /> I would drop the scouts. Change the Rhinos out for Razorbacks, then combat squad the marines. I would beef up your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span>'s and maybe add a ADF for a little extra firepower. You basically have a shooty marine army. I would recommend though going full <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>MLs</span> on the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Dev</span>'s unless you know your local meta.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ As for the thunderbolt Fighter, Forgeworld released an update for 6th edition rules that allows a majority of their flyers to be used in normal games.<br /> as for special tournement rules It's not a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>Gw</span> tourney or official like the tournements at adepticon and the guy who is running it said you can bring what is normally allowed in games at the store which the forgeworld flyers are.<br /> <br /> the Scouts Are good with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> because infiltrate + scout move then either shoot infantry or a vehicle with the missle launcher or Go in and assault a vehicle with the power fist/ assault a unit then weaken or kill that squad.<br /> <br /> @MadMaverick76<br /> what's an ADF<br /> <br /> <br /> ]]></description>
