We have hit two of our stretch goals, which means for every hardcover book or box set pledged you get a bonus Staker and a blister of pack dogs (there are three to a blister). So for example pledging for a book and two box sets will nab you three bonus Stakers and nine bonus dogs! At $10,000 we will be reaching the Drifters stretch goal. I really think you guys need to have a pledge level that is moderately inexpensive and accessible to people, most kickstarters i've backed usually have it around the $100-$120 area. If you had a $120 option for example you could have 2 boxsets of a persons choice and a limited edition model as an incentive. You could also use it as the minimum pledge level necessary to receive any future free items added to the campaign.

Some more stretch goals and freebies/optional purchases would be great too, Personally im not interested at all in mission cards or counters and would rather have more models made available to me.

What about including the poster that was in the first KS as a small stretch goal, Also is there any reason you can't use both the exclusive drifter leader and Doctor Moreau with his dog companion from the first campaign? I don't think anyone would mind if they were made available again for this Kickstarter.

What happened to the pledge level i suggested over on your forums for people who backed your previous Kickstarter for all 12 models/or have purchased all the models from you store? i remember Anton thought it was a good idea and said it would be included. Its the reason i haven't pledged yet, i just don't want to pay an extra $70 or so for models that i already own.

I don't know if its possible to change a kickstarter project title, but Including the actual name Wreck-Age in the kickstarter title might be a good idea. Especially since your pimping the game at Gencon and people might try searching for Wreck age only to find the previous completed campaign.

While I wish you the best of luck, expensive miniatures with no visuals doesn't pique my interest. And while I'm admittedly not really interested in another set of miniature rules myself, I note that your $25+ pledge levels don't include the PDF quickstarter rules, etc. Digital product essentially costs you nothing once it's been created, so I'd suggest that if you're going to create it anyway, make it part of all pledge levels that are higher than the one you introduce it in. Same deal with the digital rulebook. It's cheap/free "added value" and might help you get some of the higher level pledges.

I've also tracked down some pictures of most of the models that they've shown off already that should be included in the boxsets. I didn't add any of the Stitchmen models as the only 2 that have been produced are on the left in the original post.

Concerning the price of the miniatures, for a skirmish game i think they're pretty much on par with the costs of similar games. in the video they mention that the boxsets will have 6-9 models per box so thats $8-$10 per model depending on the faction.

(Hopefully these pics aren't too big, i tried resizing a few of them but they lost too much detail.)

Between the two pictures of them, without- and with paint, they look 110% better with the paintjobs.

Just so happens that I need massive amounts of road warrior miniatures.

The Hy Planes Drifters
This set will contain a Chieftain, 3 drifters, 4 grubs (novices), and an exploding boar.

The Stitchmen
This box set will contain a doctor, 3 hunters, an orderly, and a body snatcher, which is a spider-like mechanical construct used to prepare bodies for processing.

Stakers
This box set will contain a 2 field hands, a scout, 3 outriders, and a sapper.

The Order of the Reclaimers
This box set will contain a scriviner, a power-scav, a zealot, a server, and 2 reclaimers.

(Female stitchmen concept, or at least i think it might be female...)

I think one of the big problems you guys made with this kickstarter was jumping straight to the 15k stretch goal, instead of gently pushing the campaign to go higher and higher. Another problem could be the stretch goals, while the counters, mini rulebook and mission cards are great for gamers, for non-gamers these stretch goals just aren't very appealing.

Just an idea, but what about having 4 early stretch goals that add an extra model to each of the faction boxsets for the kickstarter? you could include the models in the boxsets strictly for the kickstarter and sell them separate after the campaign ends.

(Example.)
Extra Staker at $3,500.
Extra Drifter at $7,000.
Extra Stitchman at $10,500.
Extra Reclaimer at $14,000.

Games average from 6-9 minis per side, with 9 generally only coming in when it's later on in a campaign and as low as four if they are tougher single models like Stitchmen.

But its quite understandable why the campaign isn't flourishing as well as it could, i think ultimately this is a pretty bad time for a small company to be launching a kickstarter. Over the past couple months we have seen the miniature Kickstarter/IndieGoGo scene completely over-saturated with projects. And at this point launching a really successful KS campaign all seems to be boiling down to how big the name of your company is or how much 'free stuff' you can give away.

Anyway, with 12 days still left in the campaign i think this KS has the potential to go up to 20k-30k.

Just a few ideas for Matt/Anton:
Add some additional information to the original post in this thread, as the lone URL and a very small picture of your models looks a tad amateurish. Include all the necessary information from the KS page. Eg, green shots, concept art, pledge levels, stretch goals. (it means people won't have to scroll halfway down the page to see the images i posted.)

Also since you're the OP maybe change the title of this thread to reflect that the campaign has been successfully funded and list the most current stretch goal. Eg, Wreck-age Kickstarter, Funded! $7,500 goal added - Extra Staker model for all boxset pledges.

Adding a couple pledge levels for both a 2 boxset deal, and a 3 boxset deal without the rulebook might be a good idea too. While i don't know if there will be any takers, it does mean you will have those bases covered just in case anyone is interested.

And finally what about adding a $15 pledge level that includes buyers choice of one of the limited edition Switch City Agent models?

And I would agree that KS is more about free stuff for the consumer and marketing for the company than it is about actually funding new start ups these days. I can't say I am surprised by this, because Kickstarter's TOS allow for it it is kind of the logical conclusion. I also like free stuff just like anyone else ha ha.

I'll be honest, im a tad confused by the current updated stretch goals. For example i chose the $235 option that includes 4 boxsets, 2 agents and international postage, so does this mean i get an additional 4 models per stretch goal achieved? And if the campaign reaches $15,000 i would be getting an additional 28 models? (16 models, and the 12 dogs.) I really can't help but think i read the KS page wrong as that sounds like way too good of a deal.

You have it right with the stretch goals, and if we hit $15k that is totally worth it to us.

We will be bringing back the farther on stretch goals if we get close to them, they were muddying up the water being in there so early I believe.

So far we have not sold any limited minis from our original Kickstarter, but have used a handful of leftovers for different contests and what have you.

We are going to try to have as many unique sculpts in the bonus minis, but I am sure that some will be conversions. Sylvain is already on board to do some pretty heavy duty overhauls of sculpts we have so we should be good n the unique mini/heavy conversion front.

The junkie/caravan option should be back up tomorrow or Monday, we are cleaning up the language a bit. We were thinking of removing them (yet still honoring the pledges) since we wanted to make the KS leaner, but a few people wanted them back pretty much immediately. Make sense? Also-The Caravaneers are on the way to us next week!

As someone who is completely inept at Facebook, i manages to stumble upon the awesome concept art album you guys have uploaded over there earlier today. While all of it is just amazing to look at, the Staker concept below has to be my personal favorite. Are there any plans to produce this guy in the future?

I read a small blurb about 3/4ths of the way down the KS page that says all $180+ orders come free with 2 hub city security guards, are these the same security agents that are included in some of the pledge levels?

I think adding a few new pledge levels to cover 1 boxset and a rulebook, 2 boxsets with no rulebook, and 3 boxsets with and without a rulebook might be a good idea.

A summary of all the extras that anyone pledging for either a single $50 faction boxset or $60 rulebook will currently receive:

1x Blister of 3 dogs.
1x Free Staker model.
1x Free Drifter model.
1x Free Reclaimer model.
1x Free Stitchmen model.

These Extras also stack for each boxset or rulebook in your pledge, so for example anyone pledging at the $200 level will be getting all 4 boxsets along with an extra 16 models (4 from each faction) and 12 dogs.
