				<title>Pysker powers x 2</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Just a crazy idea that I thought might be fun.  <b>What if Psykers generated their new powers as well as keeping their old ones?</b>  Psyker levels and powers-per-turn stay the same.  Obviously this is a bit of an advantage to some armies*, but would it spice up the games of two armies who have about equal psychic powers?<br /> <br /> I don't think it would tip the balance too much, but it would definitely give you more options.<br /> <br /> What do you think, for non-competitive play?<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> *Maybe once per turn you could "dispel" any power on a 6+ to even things out.]]></description>
