				<description><![CDATA[ So after my little brother and myself have been spending some free cash on those Mega Bloks Halo kits, we thought why not put all that money to some use and have fun with a gaming system we are familiar with. So with some thought I started to get to work on a warhammer <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> army system for the armies, and so far have began with the covenant units. 				<description><![CDATA[ If 120 points is for 5, they're insanely overpowered. 5+ invuln + 3+ armour is a 25% chance to take a wound, which they have 2 of; I'm going to assume plasma sword is a power weapon and plasma pistol is ~ap2, both being <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>ccw</span>. 4 Power attacks on the charge hitting <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(95);'>MEQ</span> on 3+ and wounding on 4+, rerolling 1's for both, is looking at at least 35 points per model, maybe more depending on what Inspiring Presence does.<br /> <br /> Grunts are undercosted again; Look at Gretchen, then back to grunts, then back to gretchen, then back to grunts, If grunts' plasma pistol is ANYTHING better than S3, they're 5 points per model. If it's ANYTHING better than <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span>-, they're +1ppm for each <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span>.<br /> <br /> Depending on Elites' Plasma Rifle stats, this squad may actually be UNDERpowered. 18ppm for a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(95);'>MEQ</span> statline -1Ld/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(157);'>SV</span>...]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Alright, been doing some work on the vehicles and some weapon profiles and wanted to post  some more revamped  ideas. I took what you guys said earlier and wanted to post a more balanced idea with weapon profiles. However against other flyers I will put in that against air it disregards blast templates. ]]></description>
