The story is that somehow she wound up killed by imperial forces before my lord turned to chaos. She meets my lord's father a demon prince, who tells her she's a positive influence on his son (actually his clone, but he calls him his son) and he's not ready for her to be out of his life yet. He warps her soul into a pseudo demon (check the mutations in black crusade if you don't know what that is) so that she can continue to influence him. I just don't know what she'd look like as a demon. She's aligned with chaos undivided, so my only example would be the furies and that won't work for a seductive corrupting character.
