				<title>Anybody intrested in doing a weight loss challenge?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ As per the tittle I got my insperation from theses chaps<br /> <br /> <iframe type="text/html" width="640" height="390" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/BsoOzlC84UM?autoplay=0&origin=http://www.dakkadakka.com&fs=1" frameborder="0"></iframe><br/><br /> <br /> Now my personal motivation is simple having been in the army I have been a lot fitter and the difference it can make to your energy levels and having found out that i'm due to be a farther for the 1st time (due date 05 April 2013) Also to tie in with that I turn 30 February 21st as such its time to kick myself into touch.  these things tend to go better with support, so wondering if there are a few of you who want to take part.  From what I understand tacking picture is the best way to do it (being able to see the changes helps with motivation) as such I was thinking that we pick a week day to have our weigh in send out the picks to the group (which can be kept privet if required) and then blog about are week.  but i'm open to ides suggestions nutritional advice etc.<br /> <br /> So anybody interested? ]]></description>
