Rules wise, this seems like a mix of Thunderbolt and Vulture rules. Asides from the fact that you forgot Hull Points, I would rather just take the Vulture. You should re-set this plane, because otherwise, it will be just a weird Thunderbolt/Avenger mutant. Replace the autocannons with multilasers (or heavy bolters), options for tactical bombs, missile launchers and stuff like that and maybe even the Supersonic USR.

Also, the "Joint" in Joint Strike Fighter really refers to corporate cooperation. But it is OK I guess, as the Thunder could be the product of a group of Hive World arms manufacturers.
