There's inspiration from many other hobbyists (you'll recognize the use of paladin helmet), the arms are magnetized for different weapon options. I like green as a color but thought that DA's was a bit dark; I also really like the BTs iconography, so here goes... The green is a mix of DA green and Mithril Silver. I went for a quartered scheme for my Marshall, my "shooty" elites are bone-white, my "assaulty" elites are black and my "regular" dudes are green. I'm thinking of making my Emperor's Champion quartered black and green. I'm working on a name for my army. Just do a little research and you should be alright. As for the paint job, I like it! Just so that you don't anger the Emperor and his revered sons, the Iron Hands are a 1st Founding chapter, sons of the almighty Ferrus Mannus (not Imperial Fists).
