				<description><![CDATA[ Hey guys just got my new dex the Dark Apostle is all right but i have a rule for him<br /> <br /> Rule Name: Commanding rhetoric. The Dark apostles have been known to turn even the most loyal of the imperiums servants to the side of chaos <br /> <br /> during the movement phase the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> may select one Enemy unit within 24in then he rolls a dice and adds his leadership the enemy does the same if the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span>'s number is higher Roll a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> and consult the chart below <br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> Result.   Effect<br /> 1-2.               the unit ignores the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span>'s rhetoric and continues as normal<br /> 3-5.                the unit is mesmerized by the Apostles rhetoric they may not move shoot or assault but will fight as normal if assaulted<br /> 6.                    the Apostles rhetoric gets through the unit fights amongst itself as part of the unit attempts to defect the unit takes <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(1);'>2D6</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 4 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>Ap</span>-hits. <br /> <br /> so what do you guys think ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Dark Aposltes <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(71);'>imho</span> would not have any affect on xenos.  They are speaking in some human language and their knowledge / mannerisms would only translate to the same speciese.  They are space marines.<br /> <br /> Thus I suggest<br /> <br /> At the start of any chaos turn a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> can begin to chant.  All units within 6" must take a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>LD</span> check at -1 for each check they have had to take including this one.  If they fail, they lose <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(8);'>ATSKNF</span> until the beginning of the next chaos turn.  <br /> <br /> Obviously units without <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(8);'>ATSKNF</span> need not test, as they cannot lose somethign they do not have.  <br /> The first test they have to take is <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>Ld</span>-1, the next <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>Ld</span>-2 and the next <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>Ld</span>-3.  The longer they listen the more likely they are to lose faith in the emperor.  <br /> <br /> Add in a 20 point upgrade for a massive megaphone that increases the range to 12" and add a static -1 to the test.  so first test -2 second test -3 third test -4 if within 6"<br /> <br /> Thus if you invest 300 points in 2 dark apostles you could reliably strip <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(8);'>ATSKNF</span> from nilla marines.  It would be expensive though, and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> are not the most survivable units in the game.   ]]></description>
