I saw them recommended in one of the aforementioned threads, and with other options that I've been loyal to for years no longer viable, I thought I'd give these guys a go - spurred on by the free shipping to RoW. I've placed a couple of orders so far, one smaller order for 5 Warlord Games boxed sets and a couple of inks, and a larger order for a ton of Vallejo Model Air paints. Both came pretty quickly with no issues - stock from both orders was out of stock but getting them in and dispatched only took a couple of days each time. Above that was the service, however. I spoke to Rob before my first order just to clarify their policies and he was great, and they actually emailed me and replied to my emails when they had to tell me the stuff was out of stock and when I had followup questions.
