LE when 5th edition was released - the bundle contained this box with foaming, hardcover rulebook, standard 3-piece template set and a set of tokens, designed for the "new" 5th edition rules. Its cost was around 100 bucks IIRC. Checking feebay Completed Auctions is your best bet.
I searched "40K ammo box" and, among the other results, I saw 2 of them. One sold for $60.99 and the other for $73.
