And I would go with 4 Land Speeders. Because they only have 2 HP and AV11, Stormtalons are extremely squishy, and the combination of their cost and vulnerablity make them the 'worst' flier currently available. They also do Anti-Flier duty worse than other options available, so unless you are desperate for anti-flyer, I would take the Landspeeders.
