				<description><![CDATA[ How do folks, just putting an army list together for an upcoming local tournament.<br /> <br /> 1500 points; my first list I drafted got tabled by turn 5 (I seriously didn't expect the inquisition....  <img src="/s/i/a/5c217f7a079a81c85feb45c988babf50.gif" border="0"> )<br /> <br /> Then my current list below, tabled Space Wolves by turn 3.<br /> <br /> So....I think it's good. but I want another persons or more eye on it to give it that final tweak. <br /> (Side note: I've been considering dropping the aegis and big guns for a boomwagon. undecided)<br /> <br /> <b><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span></b><br /> <br /> Warboss: Warbike, Attack Squig, Bosspole, Cybork, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span><br /> <br /> <b>Elite</b><br /> <br /> 7 x Loota<br /> <br /> 7 x Loota<br /> <br /> 4 x Nob Warbikerz & 1 Pain Boy (Cybork, Waaagh Banner, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span>, & Big Choppa)<br /> <br /> <b>Troops</b><br /> <br /> 2 x 20 Ork Boyz (Shootas, 2 x Big Shootas & <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span> Nob)<br /> 1 x 20 Ork Boyz (Shootas, 2 x Big Shootas) <br /> <br /> <b>Fast Attack </b><br /> <br /> Dakkajet & Additional <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> Supa Shoota<br /> Dakkajet & Additional <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> Supa Shoota<br /> <br /> <b>Heavy Support</b><br /> <br /> 3 x Kannon (No extras)<br /> <br /> <b>Fortification </b><br /> <br /> Aegis Defense Line<br /> <br /> Brief outline of the plan with this army is to provide cover for Lootas while they're providing long range support as at my club they just get picked out first....no idea why  <img src="/s/i/a/baf5f2e54c6b17d5c5d39aecadfa1272.gif" border="0"> <br /> Nob Bikerz will generally work there way down a flank with the Ork Boyz squad with no Nob to follow behind for objective capturing/Firepower to finish off lingering units.<br /> <br /> The other two units of boyz will run forward ducking through cover. Shooting before eventually getting into combat.<br /> <br /> I do recognise my inherent weakness in this list vs rival shooter armies and have pondered the following;<br /> <br /> Drop a Dakka jet, drop Aegis. drop Big choppa, one boy. Add Two bare bones battle wagons.<br /> Maybe drop kannons and add deff rollas also. Allowing a few points to add Big Shootas to Wagons.<br /> <br /> Many thanks<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ And I spent so long ensuring my Dakkajets were finished <img src="/s/i/a/baf5f2e54c6b17d5c5d39aecadfa1272.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> Thanks for the feedback! I gotta say - No hesitation over dropping the Kannons. Did nothing really in the game v <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(124);'>SW</span>.<br /> <br /> Funnily enough one of my Ork Boyz squad outperformed themselves taking down a 400 points~ unit. (The guys mounted on the Wolves; don't know much about other armies yet. Reading up on it all having been out of it for 8 years)<br /> <br /> Still going to work on my Boomwagon though - got some fun conversion bits and ideas I want to play with ;-)<br /> <br /> I hear it's bad; but it's a fun project and it'll get a run once in a while. But going by the word of Mythbusters... "Jamie wants big boom"]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Boomguns aren't bad... It's just that they're poorly armored and a priority target, since they have a pseudo-battlecannon. They don't tend to last long, but if you like them, they're certainly not terrible.<br /> <br /> Boyz are one of the best units of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span>... Love 'em. No list ever has enough Boyz!]]></description>
