KR Multicase Questions - Help Designing Trays (DZC Specific)

So I'm trying to design some case loadouts for a KR case for DZC, and I'm just not really sure how the website works. Here's a link to the page I'm looking at now: http://www.krmulticase.com/trayguide.aspx?army=UC

So, I think I understand the pre-selected sets - if I get that first one, it takes up half of one cardboard case - and the second takes up a full cardboard case (KR unit?)

But the mix and match trays at the bottom...UC5 and UC6...they are both a quarter inch at 23mm depth, ok. So I think 12 of those would fill one case (1 KRU?) But after that, it suggestions a UC5+UC6 combination, fitting the models of both trays combined, but the tray dimensions don't change? Is this just bundling the two small trays together, or are the actually cutting a single tray? And surely the dimensions should change....

KR Multicase Questions - Help Designing Trays (DZC Specific)

I see they have the "standard loadouts" of DzC trays listed... A few of my friends who bought into the game along with me have trays, and one of them has the UCM ones.

The website is a bit confusing... so I'd also suggest emailing them. They even posted on Dakka a bit when they were designing the trays for DzC.

You could get 16 UC5's or 16 UC6's in a single KR case - it is a quarter depth tray so 4 layers will fill the case - however it is from the look of it a tray like the UC2's which fills a quarter of the area of a full case. They don't actually release trays like that, but combine 2 of the quarter trays into a half width tray. That is the suggestion with the UC5+UC6. That produces a half width, quarter depth tray so 8 of those will fit in a full case.

But email them - very helpful.
