Battefoam orders?

I did a search but i couldnt find the answer I was looking for. I'm confused on how to place a battlefoam order. I want the 1520 XL bag but I'm stuck on the foam trays. when i click on the browe tray options it just sends me to my computer stuff. I just want to order a pack with enough foam for my orks. It doesn't really give me the option to pick predone custom cut foam trays that i can tell. Is it just me or does it seem a little more complicated than it needs to be? Is it possible to call their customer support and have someone walk me through the process?

I haven't ordered from them, but I suspect their customer support would be a good place to start. Have at it. Would be helpful if you updated the thread with your findings too. Then anyone with similar issues might benefit too.

Their customer support is great. You can order empty packs and fill it with precut foam. I ordered an empty pack and bought the Space Marine precut trays that fit my pack. You can build your own using their custom tray creator and use them in the "custom load" options on the pack you want. Hope that helps.

After reading this, just call customer service, I made it more confusing.

Battefoam orders?

Briefly

Their bags come in 3 versions, standard, empty and custom.

Standard has a generic foam loadout which will cover a lot of bases for a lot of people, will hold x amount of foot troops, then typically a tray for some more unusual size models and some pluck foam for vehicles etc.

Empty is pretty self explanatory.

Custom allows you to design your own trays, using a utility that you can click through to on the site. You save your completed designs then email to cs with your order number. All bags hold a certain number of inches of foam, and as long as your custom designs don't exceed that total thickness you're in business.

Hope that helps. Fwiw I went for a standard loadout on one of the smaller bags, and while it can't hold my whole collection, it can easily hold 3k or so of BA.
