				<description><![CDATA[ It's a cool idea, but you've written too many rules (the corruption rules are pretty long) and the sheer number of Librarians you've allowed could easily get out of hand. Try making Epistolaries <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> and Codicers Elites like what the Blood Angels book instead of allowing any number of Librarians as one <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> choice; also Kyras is a bit over the top, I don't see him as Ahriman-level psychic power, being crazy and Khorne-worshipping and all.]]></description>
