I added the head from the zombie dragon sprue as i thought the original head was too long and looked wierd. I used the neck from the kit to make a longer tail and added a horn from the battlewagon kit to the tip.
Its not done yet, still need to add the legs and some more bits. Thoughts? Ideas?

The tail looks almost scorpian-like. Not sure if I personally like it or not, but it's definitely interesting. The spike might be better the other way around, as I imagine it stabbing downwards rather than curling upwards, but the tail is curling that way already so... eh. Maybe a bigger bulb just behind it, or more of a taper. You are right about the tail, decided to cut it off and greenstuff the stump.
