Good Rules To Represent An Ork Deff Dread Transport?

Ever since I took a look at the SSU from dust I've always thought their engineers had some serious orky know-whats, and now I'm looking to them for inspiration on a kustom vehicle made for air lifting a squad of three dreads. something like this:

see the walker even looks like a dread if you look at it the right way. anyways I'm thinking of using the Valkyrie Sky Talon rules with a few modifications. namely switching the ability to carry a tauros with the ability to carry a war buggy or war trakk, and instead of being able to transport two drop sentinels it can transport three deff dreads or killa kans. to compensate for superior transport capacity I was thinking of striping off the hellfire missiles and the searchlight, and replacing the nose mounted heavy bolter with a nose mounted big shoota (firing at ork BS of course) with an option to pay 10 points to give it fighta ace (see Dakkajet) aside from that the vehicle would be the same. I'm wondering what Dakka thinks of this? is it balanced and reasonable, or does it swing towards the over or under powered sides?
