				<description><![CDATA[ So looking at fluff Kasrkin stromtroopers are better Trained and have actual Bionics avalible so i thought that it would be fitting if i could make a Elite choice <br /> ( * means i will explain ) <br /> <br /> Kasrkin Stormtrooper Squad --------90 Points <br />                           <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span>   <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>  S  T  W  I  A  <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>LD</span>  <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(157);'>SV</span><br /> Kasrkin -               4 *    4   4* 3  1  4* 1   7     4+<br /> <br /> Kasrkin SGT. -      4     4    4  3  1  4  1   8      4+ <br /> <br /> Options -  <br /> <br /> May Take 5 Additional Kasrkin 17 Points a Model <br /> <br /> The Kasrkin Sergeant may exchange his HSLP/or HSLG for <br /> Plasma Pistol ------10pts<br /> May Take Melta bombs --5 Pts<br /> Up to two Kasrkin may Replace their HSLG with the following<br /> <br /> Flamer ---5<br /> Grenade Launcher- 5 <br /> Melta Gun - 10<br /> Plasma Gun -15<br /> <br /> Unit Upgrade -<br /> <br /> Assualt Pack - 1 Point per model -   This Kit allows the Kasrkin to increase the range of their HSLG's up to 24' <br /> <br /> One Kasrkin Trooper take this Gear <br /> Target Marker  5 Points - Thrown like a Fragmintation Grenade any unit shooting at those hit may choose to re-roll their Armor penetration , Or force a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span> to re-roll its Sucessful Armor save <br /> <br /> Transport - May Take a Chimera <br /> <br /> Compisistion <br /> <br /> 4 Kasrkin <br /> 1 Kasrkin SGT <br /> <br /> <br /> Wargear -<br /> carapace armor <br /> HSLG<br /> HSLP <br /> close combat weapon<br /> Krak & frag Grenades <br /> Power Sword on Sergeant <br /> <br /> Special Rules -<br /> <br /> Deep Strike <br /> Special Operations <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> * Your're not Cadian ...... " <br /> Due to the ridgid traning Doctrine of the Kasrkin they have also come upon a Hate and Disdaine for those whom are not of their world , The Kasrkin may not Recieve orders from any Non-Cadian Command group , nor have any Independent Characters attached ( such as commisars .....no one likes them ) <br /> <br /> " Never outnumbered Never Outgunned ! " The Kasrkin in their long years of fighting against hte forces of chaos on their homeworld have grown to belive in that they Shall Never surrender No matter the Cost !  -- If a Kasrkin unit has a line of sight on a Command unit they Gain the Stubborn Special Rule , If their is a Regimental Standard in your army the Kasrkin instead Gain Fearless <br /> <br /> <br /> Prefered Enemy -  Chaos Deamons + Chaos Space Marines <br /> <br /> Specialty Unit -  Only 1 Unit of Kasrkin Stormtroopers may be taken as an Elite choice -<br /> <br /> if Color Sergeant Kell is included in your army , the 1 Unit Restriction is lifted and Kasrkin become avalible to All elite choices <br /> <br /> <br /> Explinations -- I gave them Kasrkin boost in Initive , Weapon Skill and Strength --- In many of the novels i have read as well as lore , Kasrkin stormtroopers are more often then not given Bionic upgrades which does increase their strength and are over all more experiance then in turn increases their weapon skill . But furthermore a darker side is that Many Kasrkin are "over looked " at the use of Combat stimulant Drugs to increase reflex and Reaction time ... 				<title>Kasrkin Stormtrooper Squad </title>
				<description><![CDATA[ It suppose it's kinda balanced (although the idea of S:4 guardsmen is silly considering <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(119);'>SM</span> with bionics and genetic augmentation are S:4), but pretty useless. Storm troopers aren't assault units, giving them extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> and I is basically a survival boost if they get charged. The HSLG is what they're going to use most with Ap3. <br /> <br /> The one point upgrade doesn't really fit with the +1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span>, S, I. Nor with the Pistol/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>CCW</span> upgrade which allows them to shoot and charge, also giving them another attack.<br /> <br /> Storm troopers are already hamstrung by their points cost, so you went and gave them fairly useless upgrades and more points. Why would people take these? The fulfil the same role as normal <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(171);'>STs</span> except are more expensive and just as vulnerable to getting shot up.]]></description>
