A little tip challenges are alot easier if you strike first so try not to give any of your sergeant initiative hindering wargear.( powerfist, thunder hammer…etc) a power sword is one of the best choices right now. But because of their rage death company assault squads aren't so useful.

Assault squads are no where near one of the best units in the game. Everyone's taking far more shooting now meaning that they will get shot more easily, and hammer of Wrath isn't that great even if you do ever get into combat.
