Our idea was that using the Grey Knight rear torso you could add a hood to pretty much any miniture, either just the sergeants or even randomly amongst the company, painted in the usual Blood Raven colours.

Even a weak psyker would need the protection of a hood to stop being corrupted by enemy psykers.
