EDIT: Notice how I said 'in general', anyway I have a Rune Priest and I want to convert it to one of the above. My army will be primarily made up of Plague Marines, Khorne Berzerkers, CSM with some havoc , raptors, 3 dreadnoughts and 20 cultist.
I notice how Tzeentch Lords are better melee sorcerers with less magic (which I see as quite useless) and how dark apostle only really works with cultist (which I have few) so I'm trying to pick the lesser of 2 evils. so you are going to have PM, Zerks, havoc, raptors, and cultist. Not really anything a Tzeench lord wants to(can) join so go with the DA.
Tzeench lords can get a 3++, couple that on a bike with fist and claw and you arent tooled out bad.
