I would like to bases it maybe green field or snowy. Either way i want ultramarines bits to represent the attack on maccarage

I decided to just layer the evil scarlet insteade of drybrushing. I like the bright turnout. So,

Since i applied nulin oil wash to the mephiston red, then layered with the evil scarlet, is the nulin oil kinda cancelled out?
