what would you do against DE venom and raider spam, or giant pooping bug spam, your list needs better point allocation, why not give your lord a bike and mark of nurgle so he can use that sword, because he will hardly use it trudging across the field

the hellbrute is an armor 12 with no invuln save, this will surely give up your chance of getting first blood

10 cultists is a waste, they will be singled out and eliminated, either take a huge blob with nothing in it to be a tar pit unit, useful for warwalkers and monsters and what not, why not throw a cultist squad at him for a couple turns
