IMHO OOP doesnt really mean anything at the moment. As others have said oop figures can vary widely. I sold two long oop and extremely rare Asterix Cleopatra figures, each NIB. I spaced out the auctions so as not to over-saturate, yet one went for over $50, one went for $25.
