The plan is to combat squad the ten man tac squad with one half having the missile launcher and holding a home objective while the other half with plasma gun and sergeant get in the razorback and move forward with the two grey hunter squads in their razorbacks to claim other objectives. The librarian will be with the plasma combat squad in razorback and he will take biomancy for some buffing. The scouts will sit back popping shots and covering home objectives and claiming them if needed. The wolf lord will go with thunder wolves running forward and generally being badass. The storm talon and speeders will be in reserve and come on from turn two to take out armour while remaining manoeuvrable enough to dodge incoming fire.

So what are your thoughts? Anything that could be different? Anything that you guys think I should have thought of but didn't? This way, you retain your S10 attack in your Cavalry, but you also keep the full benefit of your lord's I5. A second Storm Shield also makes that squad a little more resilient.

I'd drop the Plasma Pistol on the Librarian as well, PP are almost universally considered a waste of points, or at the very least completely overcosted.

The rest of the list looks relatively solid, if not a little thin on troops.
