These list generally about fun, not winning. I would never take one of these to a tournament, but if some guy pulled out 180 Orks I’m in!

You're going to tell me you can wipe out 5 terminators that are spaced out 2 inches apart with one shot? I think the point he was trying to make with all of the AP2 Weapons out there a Footslogging list like this is going to have a small chance of surviving till the end of the game and he is correct to a point.

The thing is on paper this is a no win list, but in practice this has not been true with me. Now I have not taken on a Guard Pie List or multiple Vindicators, but I have taken on 90+ Orks with a Battle Wagon, Nid Swarm List and a Chaos Marine List multiple times and won most of my games. that goes into use of terrain and overall tactics.

True, but these are Space Wolves, so a large number of “Heroic Figures” is nice and fluffy. Between Logan and the Thunderlord you have a lot of killing power, including Hordes and Mechanized.
