Need some help and advice

Hi Guys,
I've got a slight problem and need your help and advice on what I should do. I buy minatures from this company(I'll not name for the time being as it is not a name and shame exercise) on a regular basis. I've never had any problems with them, I always get what I ordered and normally within 5 days of the initial order. This time things seem to have gone a bit awry.

I ordered on the 5th of Dec and on the 7th I got a despatched email from the company, with my previous orders experience I expected them by the 12th. Nothing. I allowed a few extra days to allow for Christmas post delays, still nothing. The week before Xmas I emailed the company to tell them I hadn't received my order. I got an almost instant reply apologizing for the delay and that it probably was delayed in the post, they also pointed out that they had proof of postage. They also asked that I contact my local post depot to see if they had it.

As it was too close to Christmas I decided to wait until a couple of days after to do this. They did not have it so I emailed the company to ask if it been returned to them. No reply. This monday I sent a follow up email and again I have not received any reply. Now I know that some companies did not start back until the 7th, but I was at least expecting an email acknowledging my emails and I'm frankly disappointed as I feel I'm being deliberately ignored. I hope I'm wrong.

Its not even a big order, it totals just over £15 pounds. So what do I do next? So far I was thinking of sending another email tonight. This is the first time I've had any real problems with losing things in the post; they eventually turn up, just not this time.

Did you pay via paypal? If so, it's time to file a claim before waiting any longer. You can always stop the claim if the product shows up.

It it was Maelstrom Games, you might be in for a little trouble...
