I took everything here for fluff purposes. It will only be played with my local group and only with permission.

We've been testing "Theme" armies, lately, and it got me interested in trying a Genestealer Cult theme army.

I'm taking Nids allied with IG.
Yes. I know. Rule breaking.

Keep in mind that this is NOT supposed to be a tough list, though I wouldn't mind some advice on toughening it up while keeping with the theme.

Nids:

Tyranid Prime (Genestealer Patriarch)
2x Bone Swords (Bad @ss claws. LOL), Scything Talons, Adrenal Glands, Regen, Toxin Sacs

BLord: Implant Attack, Aura of Despair, Hypnotic Gaze
--(Implant and Gaze were taken mostly for fluff purposes, as if he hypnotizes his victim, then implants an egg)

BLord: Implant Attack, Aura of Despair, Hypnotic Gaze

Ministorum Priest (Seemed appropriate to have someone to "fire up" the humans while preaching the gospel of "The Brotherhood")

(I know the options aren't optimized, but I went with the "trying hard to protect the hybrids in the vehicle" idea).

-Chimera w/Multi Laser, Camo Netting, Dozer Blade, Ex Armor, Pintle Hvy Stubber
I'm thinking I'll put the Primaris in here

As you can see, I've definitely gone with a theme here. I haven't used a lot of heavy weapons or the better IG vehicles. The 2 Vendettas were the only units I added with the desire to be competitive. Even these are easily "fluffed" by saying the pilots are cult infiltrators. Those guys get into everywhere.

The whole list comes to 2003 points (we're pretty easy going with point overages of 1-3, so this won't be an issue for this list).

Thoughts?
Ideas?
