"The Hunt for Snagrod - Week 1" - Assault on Manufactorum 2 Oridandis
Having less Conquest Points per turn that the other protagonists of the campaign (because I have a great respect for warlord different) I decided to tackle a hexagon related many PC tower. My Crimson Fists have launched an assault on a Manufactorum hands Ork Goffs Oriandis on the planet.

I opted for my usual list to start this campaign, especially by default because I want to play lists with all the painted figures. I had not spoiled for choice!

Kantor is partly because of my line of Grand Lord of War (PC 5 per vehicle, monstrous creature and character killed) compels me to play. He is accompanied by assault Terminators in a Land Raider Redeemer. A squad tactical sniper scouts and veterans support razorback take care goals while Thunderfire provide fire support.

We decided to play a game'' In paradise'' Big gauges to stick to the script. Orks offer so 3 points victories against two additional potential for me, but in return: 9 boit'kitu be operational units! Well actually NO! The initiative was taken by me for once Orks skillful to detect a surprise attack (at dawn as the fight night round 1). I therefore loses a round shot, which once again reduced my firepower. Looters opened hostilities by killing three marines tactics. I retaliated by getting the first blood by killing all Thunderfire looters. The Ork dread is when its a single point of hull and shaken: the Land Raider was pretty ineffective ...

Once identified my men, I realize a beautiful symbolic gesture by eliminating some orks and 6 boit'kitu! The damage is already done yet. I finished with 6 points wins (one goal, the first blood and destroyed two earners) against 10 for Goffs (two goals, breaker line, Warlord, two earners).

The campaign started badly because I waste an opportunity to take a territory. The defeat, however, is very relative because Kantor has destroyed two boit'kitu: his line of Grand Warlord gives me so 10 Conquest Points (CP). The Goffs win in 3, but are mostly assured of winning at least 26 over the weekend, against 14 at best for me ...



The balance of the game: To improve: - my mistake Investment Land Raider! To avoid next time. - my pillonages who have forced me to undergo any part without being able to defend myself. - lack of urban settings (buildings) tactically my army is embarrassed and found mainly Oriandis is supposed to be a highly urbanized planet. The willingness to play the game has taken over! ^ ^ - an opportunity to conquer territory wasted. Satisfied: - List ork: I am a fan!
