You could just cover the existing base in pva glue again and reapply sand, paint and flock but I doubt you'll get good results. Better to replace the old bases with new ones, but that will depend on how the model was attached to the original base. If its plastic glue or epoxy, it'll be hard to remove without scratching something. Superglue, in small amounts, should be easier to deal with. It often will snap right off if you apply a bit of pressure to the legs and the base. I hear if you leave it in the freezer for a while it weakens superglue even more, but I have no first hand experience with that.

Worst case, you can try cutting the model off the base with a hobby saw or similar. You will likely have to touch up the bottom of the model, though.

I usually pin my models to their bases without using any glue, so I can easily remove them later.

I used washable clear glue for bases so if I want to change I just run a model under the tap and peel off the grass. Otherwise, its just a lot of hard and fiddly work with modeling knives and snippers. Best of luck.

Thanks guys. Ill probably just leave them alone. I think it will be more work and or damage and make more work for me to do than to just leave them be at least for now .
