				<title>Thinking Necrons, starting at 750pts, Approve this list?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Thinking of starting Necrons as Ive always liked them, maybe more so before SkyNet sold them to Egypt, but i still like them nonetheless.   <img src="/s/i/a/baf5f2e54c6b17d5c5d39aecadfa1272.gif" border="0"> <br /> Im thinking 750 will be a good starting point also a nice break from the not so easy and quick painting  <img src="/s/i/a/39ea8e0dbfb45dcc6b802cd0e198dba3.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> <b><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span></b> <br /> Destroyer Lord w/ Res Orb, Staff of Light<br /> <br /> <b>Troop </b><br /> 10x Warrior + Lord w/ Res orb<br /> 10x Warrior + Lord w/ Res orb<br /> <br /> <u>Fast Attack</u><br /> 2x Destroyers ( Destroyer lord w/ res orb rides along )<br /> 2x Hvy Destroyers<br /> <br /> Totals: 745<br /> <br /> This would be my starter list to build from. Im thinking lots of (Hvy)Destroyers, warriors, immortals, doom ark and maybe a stalker.<br /> Trying to stay away from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> as i prefer ranged, also stay somewhat footsloggy ( ark or 2 in higher point future for repair purposes? ) and stay as much Pre-Ward as possible  <img src="/s/i/a/baf5f2e54c6b17d5c5d39aecadfa1272.gif" border="0"> <br /> This would also be the last Army I add to the Roster <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span><br /> <br /> So whats the verdict Dakka? 				<description><![CDATA[ Destroyer lords don't really pair well with destroyers.  I like to stick them in a squad of wraiths or praetorians, but if you're trying to avoid <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> qltogether that may not thrill you.  Is the res orb critical to your plan?  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ if your trying to stay away from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span>...why do you have a Destroyer Lord as your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>? Hes literally designed for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span>...<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span>. Anyways, I'd suggest changing your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> choice for starters, maybe something/someone cheaper like an overlord with orb, to replace one of the lords and use the extra points to change the 10 man warriors into immortals. And then depending on what your up against and how much <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> your facing, have them use Gauss or Tesla. A 10 man of warriors just doesn't cut it <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(71);'>imho</span>.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Get rid of the destroyers, and replace them with a annihilation barge. they are 90 points and wreck every thing. <br /> <br /> And I have not seen to many lists with stalkers<br /> <br /> And if you use ghost arks they are fantastic. Put 10 warriors into a ghost ark, get within 12 inches of any vehicle. And you will kill it by glances most of the time<br /> <br /> Using a overlord with a war scythe in a command barge is a good plan too. Most of the time they work for me. And if you get the warlord trait for outflank, they can be really nasty. <br /> <br /> And you say you want to stay away from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span>, but keep in mind that wraiths are very good at getting up the board real fast and locking stuff in combat before either dying or just ripping the enemy apart. The only thing I really had trouble with with these are paladins and mega armor nobz.  ]]></description>

Is the res orb critical to your plan?  </div></blockquote><br /> <br /> well i was going to give Destroyer lord staff of light, then at least when destroyers in rapid fire range he will match there shooting( total 7 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 5 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>ap</span> 3 Gauss shots <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(319);'>RF</span> ) and yes i want res orb for the 4+ to help keep them alive.<br /> Hvy destroyers i don't see any problems, 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 9 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>ap</span> 2 shots with a 3+ to hit is not to shabby at all. plus its low points game.<br /> <br /> I like the destroyers because their mobile, versatile, reasonable cost and have preferred enemy everything, which is nice.]]></description>
