Help with Battle Report

So I would like to start posting a report or two but never take any pictures. I find it easy to put a report in to Vassal and like that format but can't figue out how to convert the vassal saved screen shots in to usable pictures. They auto save as .png files and not jpegs.

Any help would be much appreciated.
