If you are on the about the Dark tone Strong dips then straight out of the pot, or even straight in the pot. Most of the time I use them without dilution, but if there is a model I want a much more "mild" treatment, I might mix them a bit with water.

Also, I can't recall which is which, but they are almost perfect matches for the former devlan mud, and gryphone sepia.
