I recently bought some lizardmen models from Games Workshop - Slaan Mage Priest, Chameleons and Kroxigors. It looks like these models are not plastic? What are they made from? And what is the best glue for them since plastic cement doesn't work... just plain super glue?

For reference I bought them for a D&D game I haven't played Warhammer Fantasy or 40k since 2009 so this model type is new to me.

Super glue is the best choice. You also want to check the models for bubbles and miscasts.

they started to change that and a lot of metal models are now finecast.

superglue works fine for metal and finecast miniatures.
