All orks (or at least almost all...to allow for atheists ) worship the tow ork gods, so any symbols used by orks and the clan colours are equally pleasing to the orky godz.

Favourite colour for both would be green.

In old WHFB (it may still exist) there was a spell that Ork shamans could get, the Foot of Mork (or maybe Gork), which included a foot-print-like blast template.
