				<description><![CDATA[ Hey, so basically had the urge to, instead of studying for exams, to write these rules, including Erebus, Argel Tal, and Daemon Primarchs. In addition, Fulgrim has the Crusader special rule and whilst he is alive of in reserve, failed reserve rolls must be rerolled. In addition, Flugrim must always accept challenges from models with QWS 5 of higher. He must always issue challenges if at least one character in the enemy unit has <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> 5 of greater.<br /> Sublime Swordsman<br /> In a Challnge, Fulgrim gains +1 attack for each point of Int he betters his opponent (|Ie, if his opponent was Int 6, he would gain +4). 				<description><![CDATA[ I can't imagine Magnus being BS9. From the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(320);'>HH</span> novels I've read (all bar 2), he wasn't described as excelling in marksmanship above the other Primarches. In fact another Pre-Heresy ruleset I've read has his <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> fixed at 4 with no ways to increase it due to his single eye lacking depth perception. I'm just wondering about your justification for this. ]]></description>

I wouldn't raise any Primarch above BS6 because none are crack shots from anything I have heard of, Magnus could be maybe 7 or 8 for purposes of Psychic Power only.]]></description>
