I would recommend some Simple Green. It doesn't do anything to plastic models at all (I'm not sure about resin). It does seem to weaken/make brittle superglue bonds. You might need to leave it for several days, though. Use it undiluted to get the best effect on Superglue.

Also, once the model is dry, you might also try putting it in the freezer. Cold also makes superglue pretty brittle.
